Inspired by the timeless beauty and the charming setting of Charleston, I always relish the chance to portray love stories on camera. My aesthetic is best described as soft and romantic, but my main focus is always on showcasing the candid and captivating moments of my couples and families in addition to traditional portraiture.
You could say I am a lover of all things vintage. I truly delight in old-world glamour and I love working with clients who are seeking a similar style. Since my background is in photojournalism, I naturally gravitate towards producing a visual narrative of the events through the stories I have the pleasure of capturing.
Spending time with my "modern" family. When I married my husband, Stewart, I went from being a party of one to a family of five. I never could have imagined how much joy these special people would bring me and now I can't picture life any other way.
Gardening - I LOVE flowers! My goal is to one day have my backyard look as beautiful as some of Charleston's romantic gardens.
Running. Yes, this is one you either love or hate, but I find it to be a great way to clear my head, meet new friends, and set goals .
Traveling- I love being inspired by new places and meeting new people. My husband and I enjoy traveling somewhere cold each year to take a break from the Lowcountry heat.
Cooking! Stewart and I are big foodies and love everything Gordan Ramsey. We appreciate a good dining experience and are welcome to any and all recommendations!
