What do you get when you combine a beautiful bride, a historical venue, and an alligator? A Charleston bridal session, of course! We had so much fun laughing with Lauren and her Mom during her photoshoot at Legare Waring House in June.
We loved hearing about how Lauren snagged her one-of-a-kind wedding dress and enjoyed capturing it on her even more. As we strolled through her venue taking portraits, we got to talking about the wedding and all the beautiful location for pictures. We really liked a spot by the pond, but needed to work around the “alligator” signs. As we were strategically positioning Lauren in front of the tiny warning sign, it became very clear what purpose they served. Lo and behold, a fairly large alligator could be spotted swimming through the water in the background. Can you spot it in one of the photos? (No brides or alligators were injured while shooting this session, safety first!)
Reptile experience aside, I’ve been soooo excited to share these images! Lauren was an absolute vision and had us eagerly waiting to capture her wedding day on August 31, 2019. We can’t wait to share more of Lauren’s love story with you soon! Enjoy!
Special thanks to all the wonderful vendors who help create this beautiful vision!
